When you reach out, please include as much of the following as is relevant so we can route and resolve quickly:

• The email address used at purchase (if applicable).
• Your order number (for refunds, access, billing questions).
• The plan you purchased (Standard 3-Month or Lifetime VIP).
• A brief description of the issue and any screenshots if relevant.

Specific Topics

Access & login help → email hello@thetwma.com or WhatsApp us if your login hasn't arrived within 24 hours of purchase.

Refund requests → see our Refund Policy for full details. We process all refund requests within 5–10 business days of receiving valid eligibility information.

Affiliate program → if you're an approved affiliate and need creative assets, custom promo codes, or commission clarifications, email hello@thetwma.com with the subject line starting with "AFFILIATE."

Privacy & data requests → to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold on you, email hello@thetwma.com with the subject "Data Request." We respond within 30 days.

Support Hours

Email is monitored Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM IST. Messages received outside these hours are answered the next business day. WhatsApp is checked throughout the day.
