Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, programs, and content provided by The Wealth Manifestation Academy ("TWMA", "we", "us", or "our"), including thetwma.com (the "Website") and The Wealth Manifestation Academy digital program (the "Program"). By purchasing access, creating an account, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Accounts and Access

When you purchase the Program, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Program content for your personal, non-commercial use during the access period you selected (3-month or lifetime, depending on your plan). Access is provided via a private member login. Sharing your login credentials or selling access to third parties is strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property

All content in the Program — including videos, audio tracks, written material, design, logos, trademarks, and the underlying methodologies — is owned by TWMA or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or otherwise exploit any Program content without our prior written consent.

4. Purchases and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars. Payment is processed securely via PayPal. By submitting a payment, you represent that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorised use.

5. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or publicly redistribute any Program content.
• Use the Program content for any commercial purpose (e.g. as a paid coach, course creator, or consultant) without our written permission.
• Upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code through the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other users' accounts, or any related systems.
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our infrastructure.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

7. Health and Safety Disclaimer

The Program is educational in nature and does not provide medical, psychological, financial, legal, or professional advice. The content is not a substitute for professional guidance tailored to your individual circumstances. If you have underlying mental-health conditions, are pregnant, or are in any other situation requiring professional supervision, consult a qualified professional before applying any techniques described in the Program.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, including (without limitation) if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Program ceases immediately.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall TWMA, its owners, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TWMA from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
